- show my work (only with your consent)

- legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), e.g. presenting my portfolio

To run my business, I use trusted services:
- Instagram (Meta) — communication
- Google (Gmail) — email
- DocuSign — contracts and signatures
- Sorted — invoicing and accounting
- Pic-Time (Pic-Time Ltd.) — delivery of client photo galleries
- Vigbo — delivery of client photo galleries
These providers may process data under their own privacy policies.
Data outside the EU
Some of these services may process data outside the EU.
In such cases, appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long I keep your data
- Contact data: up to 3 years after our last interaction
- Photos: up to 5 years after the shoot, unless you agreed to portfolio use
- Invoices: 10 years (legal requirement in Germany)
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data
- correct your data
- request deletion
- withdraw consent at any time
- file a complaint with a data protection authority
